Clan Partners Announces Investment in Sinclair Bay Subsea

Clan Partners recently announced their majority investment in Sinclair Bay Subsea Ltd. (SBS).  Headed by Peter and Louise Sinclair, SBS provides technical consultancy and a large pool of hand-picked, experienced MUX and conventional subsea engineers who can support a range of BOP and other subsea equipment projects for drilling contractors worldwide.

Originally based at their head office in Wick (UK), the new partnership involves a switch of operational hub to Aberdeen (UK) alongside additional investment to scale the business and offer its unique, specialist services to a new client base.
