We deploy a high growth, high incentive model for all our group companies and business partners. Each distinct brand offers its unique sector a highly focused, specialist offering.

We accept the differences between each sector, and do not try to provide a ‘blanket’ recruitment solution, instead developing a more nuanced technical service pitched at a very defined piece of the market and its own specific culture.

Our Values

Clan employ a devolved leadership structure where accountability is ‘pushed-down’ the organisation, driving decision-making to every part of the business and nurturing a problem-solving growth mindset. We think this multiplies the leadership capability of the organisation, with all employees encouraged to take responsibility for their own ‘piece’ of the business.

Our name stems from our Scottish roots and business model. We believe in partnering with ambitious individuals who are truly incentivised to succeed in their dedicated sector. We have accepted 2 key realities;
